As an analytical Chemist graduate with a 5yrs experience in the field from the companies Bauxite Bay, Anglo American, Be-tabs, and lastly Erwat. She has possessed excellent analytical, Communication skills and a dedicated approach to work in a highly controlled working environment.

Being ambitious and enthusiasm has landed Philile to an Operational Manager position at OEM Support Solutions. Holding this position has developed her excellency to any task she undertake.

Her friendly, ever smilling attitude make it even easier to work with and always willing to help.

Phillip is a highly motivated and ambitious Bachelor of Accounting graduate whose goal is to become a fully-fledged chartered accountant. To this end, he currently has studies on Certificate Theory of accounting (CTA) that will effectively become a vehicle for his professional career goal fulfilment.

The knowledge and skills gained through these studies and training will be transformed into practice and this will as well help him contribute immensely and meaningfully in the businesses strategic development, growth and organizational objectives and goals of OEM Support Solutions, particularly in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation etc.; and more importantly, in matters related to government and industry sector compliance requirements.

Nokwanda is our youngest and most driven creative, specializing in sales and marketing. With a current ongoing degree in Management Marketing, Nokwanda has built OEM’s sales and marketing department from scratch and takes in pride in everything she does and sets her mind to. OEM prides itself in providing opportunities for young individuals to grow and learn for their future independence. Nokwanda sometimes doubles as our OEM IT guy when our technicians encounter technical difficulties themselves. “I believe that with determination and hard work, you will reach your goals, but if the plan doesn’t work; change the plan, never the goal.”

Lwazi Finca

Technical Manager

Lwazi Finca was born in Eastern Cape Butterworth Lwazi is a Graduate of Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in the study Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current). Awarded a number of awards at NMMU (NMU) in the sport category archives awards by the university. Has over a Decade of experience with Tetra Pak Equipment. Started his career at Woodlands Dairy UHT packaging working on Tetra Pak machines as a trainer, where he worked for 7 years progressing through the ranks from junior Technician to Technician at record time. He then joined Clover PE worked 2 years for the company working on Tetra pack and Combiboc Machines. He then work one year for pioneer foods (Ceres) just before joining OEM.

Tim Buso

Senior Technician

Tim is a dedicated, organized and self-motivated individual who has more than 28 years of experience in different engineering fields and industries. He started his engineering career as an electrician and technician at the following automotive companies; Goodyear SA, Firestone and VWSA; he then moved to Pharmaceutical companies, Aspen PharmCare and Fresenius Kabi. Tim thereafter joined FMCG companies Clover SA, Woodlands Dairies and Pioneer Foods of which the later he was the maintenance manager before joining OEM. He has more than 15 years of experience on TetraPak machines. His philosophy is “Great ideas don’t work without you doing the actual work.”

Senior Technician

Thabo is a junior technician here at OEM, he has over six years of experience. Over the years, Thabo attended various courses and acquired numerous qualifications in his field, he has worked with Tetra Pak for 3 years before joining the OEM team.

Thabo has a strong work ethic, his punctuality, hard work and dedication is unmatched. He strives under pressure and always does his best to keep a healthy working environment with his colleagues, works well alone but, in his own words, “nothing could replace the fun and productivity of working within a team”.

Njabulo Miya

Senior Technician

Njabulo worked as a machine operator with more than 7 years of experience, monitoring and operating machines in a manufacturing proficient and determining faults, as well as conducting repairs.

Njabulo previously worked with Tiger Brands, Pioneer Foods, and Orange Grove Dairy as a machine operator.

Njabulo joined the OEM team as a Trainee Technician.
